방문 홍보 도우미 모집 공고

1. 목적 : 스마트전자특성화사업단 소속 전임교수 구실의 외국인 대학원생의 모교 방문을 지원하고 경북대학교 전자공학부 및 스마트전자특성화사업단 홍보를 통하여 우수 외국인 유학생을 유치하기 위함

2. 역할 : 출장 기간(아래 일정표 참고) 동안 모교를 방문하여 경북대학교 전자공학부 및 스마트전자특성화사업단을 홍보함

▸ 출장계획서상 기술한 학교를 방문하여 홍보활동을 수행하고, 출장보고서 및 증빙 자료(사진, 방명록)을 사업단에 제출

▸ 홍보활동 시에는 경북대학교 및 전자공학부 홍보자료(홍보동영상, 홍보책자, 학부 및 사업단 홈페이지 등)을 활용함

3. 선발 기준 및 지원 범위

지원 자격

사업단 소속 교수가 지도하는 외국인 대학원생

선발 기준

접수된 서류(출장계획서, 성적증명서)를 사업단 운영위원회의에서 검토 후 선발 (최대 5명 선발)

지원 범위

항공료 및 체제비(공무원 국외 여비 지급 기준에 따라 지급)

-항공료는 사업단에서 일괄 결제함

-체제비는 출장보고서 상 기술한 실제 홍보활동을 수행한 일 수만큼 지원함(최대 5박 6일)

Student Ambassadors Programme

우수외국인유학생 유치를 위한 모교 방문 홍보

Theprogramme provides travel expenses and stipend (for 6 days) for successfulcandidates (4-5 student ambassadors) to travel to their home country andrecruit students for KNU SEE.

The purposeof the programme is to recruit newdegree-seeking undergraduate students with the help of our graduate and PhDstudents. The Student ambassadors are supposed to give presentations in theinstitutions they are visiting about KNU SEE.

The exacttravel dates depend on the participants, but should be realized between 19December and 14 February.
